Adding further, the policy only works if there is no physical damage identified over the unit. The unit can be exchanged only if a manufacturing defect is identified, enabling their customers to get a one-to-one instant replacement. The policy programme is applicable for all Jabra products from Elite class to its Bluetooth mono headsets. Now, here is the challenging part, in order to fully utilise the warranty claim, the user need to register their Jabra product via online. The user need to key in the product’s serial code and the system will register the codes within their database to be used later for the one-to-one exchange claim.

Jabra also has an ongoing event, Jabra Lucky Draw campaign that runs from 1st of November 2019 to 31st December 2019. Featuring up to 21 prizes worth up to RM22,000, i.e. iPhone 11, 7th-Gen iPad, Huawei smartphones and etc. According to the source, customers who purchase any Jabra Elite series, as well as the Move Style are eligible to participate in this campaign. Once the product registered, the customer can directly participate in the lucky draw. However, do keep in mind that, the registration should be done before 31st December 2019.
