ASUS Malaysia recently announced that they will expand another 30-days of the warranty period for the products entitled to its warranty to end during the MCO period. According to them, this warranty period is applicable for all of their products with an additional 30-days of extension after the MCO period was lifted.
Recently, ASUS introduced their Perfect Warranty programme that bears 80% of after-sales service cost, and this will be a good marketing plan to increase the user’s trust towards this brand more. ASUS had prepared a several platforms to ease the users to reach them out easily. One of the few available suggested by ASUS is their direct official support channel. It is advisable to register the product upon the purchase date to ease the procedure later on.
